Step 2
Application
Apply with a deal in the email link provided to you (portal soon to come).
Step 3
Agreement
If approved, we will send the agreement to both you and your brokerage to sign off on.
Step 4
Funding
Once signed, funding will be sent to your brokerage in 24 hours if after 12pm, or same day, if before 12pm, for distribution.
Step 5
Closing
Once commission is paid back upon closing, the brokerage will send us the owed amount, and provide you with the remainder.
